We provide 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling, CNC turning with integrated milling, wire EDM, EDM drilling to your demanding specifications and timelines from our facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
ZYCI possesses deep expertise in injection molding. Our injection molding customers tend to be in higher value industries such as medical, aerospace, defense, and robotics. We are ITAR certified and can provide ITAR molding of parts subject to ITAR restrictions.
We can produce parts that rival injection molded quality in most engineering grade thermoplastics and elastomers. Our metal parts made by additive manufacturing are on par with investment casting and metal injection molding (MIM), but without the long lead time or expensive tooling.
Markforged 3D Printing
ZYCI utilizes Markforged 3D printers at our facility in Atlanta, Georgia to make high-strength, precision parts that can be used as tooling, functional prototypes or end-use production parts.
ZYCI uses high-end fiber laser technology to provide precise laser marking services for a wide range of applications at our facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Laser marking is an elegant way to permanently mark part numbers, serial numbers, logos, instructions, warnings, etc.
ZYCI performs Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) dimensional and geometric tolerance inspections on a 2018 Hexagon CMM controlled by PCDIMIS software. We have the ability to import 3D CAD data to quickly generate the CMM program and produce reports in either ISO and ASME format.
ZYCI is an approved defense contractor that has significant experience with supporting the military of the United States of America. In March of 2018, ZYCI won a 5-year IDIQ contract valued at $20,000,000 and another in November 2018 for $11,500,000 to supply NAVAIR – Advanced Weapons Division with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and sourcing.
